Since when is being bored with your job a reason to get fired. If she was selling furniture keep her. Unless she just wants people to throw money at her... wait there is a job like that and I'm sure she could land one she just need to be able to dance a little.

I don't feel one bit sorry for her. If you don`t like your job, don`t advertise it on the web for all the world to see, especially since I.T. can look at your web history. Also, a kid who sits and does NOTHING at work but Facebook stalks is a drain on the resources of that company and should go. Hiring and training is an investment into an employee. It takes money to hire and train people and then a period of time before you can make your investment back- and then start making money from the. If they are on the Internet saying they are bored, they are not doing what I hired them for and they have no initiative whatsoever. If said person doesn`t look promising, then it is within the company`s rights to back out of having to pay more into said invested resource and to develop another resource.
I know what you mean... something about her I don't like either. I think its the way she looked at the reporter in the begining of the clip ( 0:16 - 0:30). It seemed so fake... self centered... I dunno... something about it triggered my "catty" radar. Hisssss!
