This happened very near to me. Cool.
Also, let the kid play. The law isn't about having the kid play in *bars* (if it were, everyone under 21 ought to be banned) or even having the kid drink -- which, as the father pointed out, is actually legal in the state of Wisconsin as long as the minor stays around the parent until the final effects of alcohol. Its about child labor, which, I believe, in this case is being superfluously enforced; child labor laws are meant to discourage just that: child labor. Feel free to disagree, but the kid is doing something he loves, and in the process saving money for his college, I see this only as a positive thing, and don`t see a whole lot of labor involved -- the law is, to put it quite bluntly, stupid.
I`d like to see the kid just cross the border down to Illinois.
