Well it's illigal to drive with a mobile in england now. Smokes, too. Well, I think you can smoke, but if you crash, and it`s found you were smoking at the time that will be used against you in court or whatever.

Actually.. cellphones are proven to distract drivers while running a car. The brain diverts portions of itself that generally help focus and process information on the road to trying to picture and analyze the person on the other side. Thus causing a higher probability for a mistake.. it's no secret anymore.
Also; the two that rear-end the car infront of them (a little more than half way in).. one of the guys smashes into the windshield- creating what looks like a bloody spider`s web.,
