Actually Delos, It does literally mean "to climb," but is used in the general sense of going up/climbing stairs or to go up in an elevator. If you translate it to give the correct meaning, he's saying "Do you want to go" or "come up." Please don`t correct if you`re just going to look up words in a dictionary.

That was really cute. My cats would've been terrified of that. In case you were wondering, it is French. "Tu veux monter?" Translation: "Do you want to come up?" "Meowmeowmeow" Translation: "Send me my basket,b*tch!" --- Unless I`m mistaken, `monter` is literally `climb`, by changing it to suit the way English is spoken, you lose SO much cuteness!
