People have to be posted as a sex offender on the web that is enough. tell them they can`t give out candy. where I am from, if you don`t give out candy you turn you porch light off. If you do give out candy you turn the porch light on. Just tell these people to leave the porch light off and follow those standards. At the rate things are going more and more restrictions are going to be placed on things that don`t need restrictions not just for sex offenders. Yes i believe we need to know who they are. Yes i believe they should have limited rights. Do convicted murderers who have gotten out of prison have to do this? no, but they are just as high a risk too.
