its all a matter of perspective. if you act like an ass hole and land a woman, you gotta ask your self "geez if her standards are this low, is she realy worth keeping? what sort of damage does she have that shed be attracted by duche bagery?" and if you act like a gentleman and she reacts postively you know you got a classy lady that may be worth holding on too. think of it as quality control for yourself. most of this is just common manners. and if it seems old fashioned think of it this way. it may not be neccesary but it couldnt hurt.
