Most child labor in china are children whom are orphans, or children of prisoners. Forced into labor, many of these kids do not live to the age of 15. They die of malnutrition, and on site accidents. The shoes you may be wearing now probably outlived the child who made them.

"So would you rather these companies pull out tons of families ONLY or MAJOR source of income? or stay and everyone benefit"
I think the CEO's of multimillion/billion dollar corporations can sacrifice a fraction of what they earn to meet the standards of the average sweatshop worker.
Most sweatshop workers do not volunteer and a lot of them work 20 hour days 6-7 days a week. The reason why they "volunteer" to work is so they can afford a decent meal, usually rice and beans, which is then cooked in infested water. So either they "volunteer" or die.
