Some of the WWII cartoons are still shown. After all, it's perfectly acceptable to say bad things about Hitler (hence, Godwin`s Law). However, it`s no longer acceptable to make fun of blacks or of the Japanese, so those cartoons are rarely seen these days.
As for the dwarf scene, it`s another piece of WWII propaganda. The editor took too long a clip, but the relevant portion is where the dwarves used their loot to buy war bonds.

I'm sorry, but you should pay attention to the news. I`m not trying to be a fearmonger, but you can`t be so optomistic about the world that you are blinded by your rainbow filled world. Putin is trying to rebuild the Soviet Union. Look at Georgia, Poland, and the Ukraine. Look at his stance on missile defence. We`re headed into another Cold War. Not just with Russia, but with Iran, as well. Thing is, with Iran possibly building nukes, it could go hot at any time for any reason (likely none at all). Please open your eyes to current affairs efore making a coment along the lines of "World peace has prevailed!!11!1". As long as there are separate cultures and ideologies, there will be tension and war. Thank you and good night.

Excuse me, it's not appropriate to mention sadness. The word is "unhappiness abundance" and regardless it may be offensive to people who cannot feel that emotion.
