FIRST No, for Olympic qualifying rounds you only get one chance because its just to qualify and they have to move faster than what they would at a typical meet.
Second, I respect him for having the courage to do that but that was a slow time.
Third, 1:06 is a slow time. considering you're in yard not meters. And That i can swim breast stroke faster than that.
