pshh...like a few flimsy nets and poles are going to stop a really pissed off polar bear. I doubt it. Polar bears are beautiful animals though, I'd love to see the video of one escaping, and mauling a small child. =D

I have been to this zoo in Ueno about 5 times and I have to tell you, their animals aren't nearly as strong and bulky as the ones in Zoo`s in the U.S or Singapore. The mascot costumed man wasn`t "too" far off...
