Pretty Big Earthquake Hits So. California Today. It was a 5.4, but if you were in Long Beach like me, there wasn`t a martini glass in the house that didn`t splash a bit.

For the past few months earthquakes have been gradually increasing. If studies are being shown right, a much, much bigger one is on it's way. These smaller ones are just trying to relieve stress.

SoCal are wusses. Last October NorCal had a larger quake which was closer to the surface (joltier shaking) and lasted three times as long and there wasn't nearly as much press coverage. Get over it.
