Digitalmaste its the same concept as gas, you put gas in, and the mechanics turn it into energy. Just in this case they are using water as the fuel.

Fcuk the goverment man, I want this car out. Good for the enviroment, good for sales in cars and good for are future. Fcuk gas and oil prices, im sick of paying 1.50 every time i need to go somewhere.
