Haha, I just thought of something funny. Superman invades MK and still thinks he can kick everyone's butt. He gets punched by Scorpion and says, "Ow... that hurt. Wait... that hurt..." It might not be funny, but makes sense. Anyways, no one can be immortal in MK, but then again... no one dies, except Liu Kang.

bit pointless if the superheroes are now now super anymore! - but yeah supes has always been vulnerable to magic - take Mr. Mxyzptlk as an example - ooo, he'd kick arse in that game!

I thought the same thing.. how can you hit or even kill half of the people from DC. My buddy who is working on this game at Midway explained it. When everyone entered Mortal Kombat, all the characters go from being immortal to mortal.. hence the reason why superman can be hit or even killed.
