There is a reason these are called the poor man's nuke. As for weaponization the Russians developed a disposable rocket launcher with this type of warhead, and have the equivalent force of a 155mm howitzer shell. As for why we don`t use them all the time is simple. FAEs do their damage by overpressure which makes it extremely effective against soft targets, personnel in open, unarmored vehicles, unhardened buildings, minefields etc. They are rather ineffective against armored vehicles and other hardened targets.

This is called a thermobaric weapon. What's even weirder is that if a large one is used, when it burns up the oxygen it creates a vacuum.
In other words, if a large thermobaric munition goes off close to you, even if you can find cover and survive, your lungs will get dragged out through your mouth.
Fun.
Yea, what else do you think i do to pass the time...
