"To be honest, the reason you don't see a lot of dunking is because, for one they`re probably told not to show off like that to ensure that they get the point. Also, it`s harder to get close. Honestly a lot of women`s teams are smart enough to put the girl with an extra Y chromosome right under the net so that anyone who weighs under 160 lbs can`t get close."
yeah yeah yeah...
we all know the real reason....
and i dont see them making any movies by the name of "women cant jump"
cuz everyone knows the could jump as high as a man.

i lived where candace parker grew up, naperville, IL. she was always one of the best girls basketball players i've ever seen, watching her at my highschool was amazing. but even so, she used to dunk many many times during the season...

also, smartbomb, Those courts/parks/highschools, etc. do tend to use regulation height nets.

My University's women`s bball team went up against Tennessee last year in the national championship game (I was totally there). Anyway, we lost in part due to Parker`s talent, you know and teamwork and fate and stuff. Sad, but yeah, long story short, Don Imus made a comment about us and you probably remember how that went down. Anyway, This is the kind of play you just never see in the WNBA. It`s not even that women can`t dunk, it`s just a different type of strategy involved.
