He is pedaling liek crazy, and if you look close you can see the road curves around the house. The video was doctored, alright - they didnt show him getting up to speed, just the few seconds before the launch. The video is real, the launch is real, and the guy is pretty lucky to have not seriously injured himself. But it looked cool, I guess that's all that matters nowdays.
