Bush Pardons HIMSELF of All Warcrimes. The bill gives himself and his staff retroactive immunity for possible war crimes that date back to 9/11/01...go figure.

thats disappointing but not surprising many people will probably agree with me when i say that that is the only thing that can be expected of him if he were smart enough he would realize that this really cant be passed because everyone has the same rules applied to them including the president if this were to be passed it would probably have to apply to everyone...not just him maybe the next thing he will try to pass is that no one is allowed to hate him or maybe he can do anything he wants even if it is illegal seriously...how can it even be legal for such a moronic embarassment to be our president just shows you what our country has become today...

I will never find myself being accused of a terrorist act. Those found guilty of terrorism are guilty, you don't need to fight for the freedom of enemies of your own country. How do I know who the terrorists are? well they orchestrated an airplane suicide bomb in the twin towers...

I agree with that guy who said history would judge him. It's pretty damn smart, actually, because you know so many people will go out there and try to screw him after he leaves office. I wonder though, how many other presidents have done this? Maybe its one of those standard things that presidents do. Hell, people could`ve tried to convict Lincoln because he authorized the "killing" of thousands of Americans.
Not that Bush is in ANY way on the same caliber as Lincoln.
I think history will judge Bush either very harshly (give it 10 years, that`s how long it takes to start seeing the consequences of actions) or he`ll be pretty much forgotten. That`ll take at least 75 years though.
