There is a real prize of motherhood there! What a douche bag! It's one thing to drink, but you have no RIGHT to get behind the wheel of a car! And with your kids in the car? I`m sure those kids have been endangered before getting caught this time! No, poor people don`t have kids to get more money, it doesn`t work like that anymore in the states. Poor = uneducated = what you just saw!!!

I agree with cold_tale... these people should not be allowed to have kids. It's like in the UK, all the lower class people just have kids because they get money for having them, and then the kids grow up and do the same thing... none of the parents have jobs and they just leech off society. They should all be fixed.
