you have to include the Wii add-ons like the gun thing and the steering wheel - they're just bits of plastic to fit your controller in, you could just hold it like that easily :P
I know there`s an accessory coming out that does read your mind - very basic. It reads how intensely you are concentrating, and depending on that it does various degrees of pressure on the screen, like driving a car slower or faster.
