I think that the Americans and Canadians hate each other so much because they are culturally very similar to each other. Same reason the Brits and Aussies are always fighting, e.g. Aussies still drink lots of tea and ales, speak our version of English, play cricket, use our swearwords, drive on the left, have a pub culture etc. The general similarity just highlights our actual differences more, and then we start fighting. Shame on the Europeans here who were racist against all Canadians just because of the behaviour of a few retarded idiots, I guess you just wanna be america's bitch whores.
