I read most of these replies and some what agree with the John Stockton, Steve Nash no mention anywhere of Chris Mullin, Mark Price, or my personnel favorite Danny Ainge. Dan Majerle, Bill Walton, or Christian Laettner (who had indisputably one of the greatest college careers white or black) never mentioned either. I think if Chris mullin would have had a Robert Parish, Kevin Mchale, and Danny Ainge on his front line he could have been everybit as good!

"Larry Bird was a special player. I mean, what's really the big deal about him being white? The past three years before this one, the MVP was white... two Steve Nash and one Dirk Nowitzki."
None of those MVPs were deserved. Nash had 3 straight, 2 should have gone to Kobe and 1 to Shaq. And Dirk had one of the worst play-off performances the year he won his. And this year it should have been CP3.
