Interesting vid, never really knew anything about the proccess. I'll be going to Colombia in the next year or two, I am pretty damn sure I won`t be seeing any of that while there,LOL. Hell, I don`t even want to.

coca is not available legally in the United States. Some have compared coca vs cocaine to rye vs rye whiskey. As far as Rick S.'s question of how one figured out all the steps they did to acquire cocaine sulphate (or cocaine hydrochloride, ftm) - it`s simply a matter of chemistry. We, as a people, have known how to isolate cocaine alkaloids from coca since mid 19th century. This is just a modern, inexpensive/convenient solution. The sulfuric acid they`re using is a weak solution. The coca leaves are often mixed and mashed bare-foot. Wellies are a step up for these people.
