if it was aliens with the kind of aviation technology that we are supposedly observing, then there is no way they would let themselves be seen like that unless they had made official contact with our governing bodies. personally I believe that its just the government botching things up as usual...

X-Files theme rob. and i can confrim that those were countermeasure flares thrown off by the f-16s at luke...i am stationed there and our jets were flying sorties over there that night

yeah - the fact that these lights appeared next to a load of air bases, including military ones, and that (correct me if im wrong) the classified information act or equivalent thereof in the states means that a plane (or four) being tested doesnt have to be publicly made aware of to the press for several decades.

(I live on phoenix, heard about these long time ago. its a reoccurring thing)
If it was specks of dirt/dust on the camera.. then all of the hundreds of people who saw them must have been looking through the same camera.

Take into consideration all the possibilities for both sides.
One side, it could be an alien spacecraft monitoring us for whatever research they are doing.

Second side saying its a hoax, or a phenomena that is caused by moon rays reflecting off poo on the ground/ stuff in the air. If this is the case it only happens once or twice a year/ every so many years, and its always in the same shape/ location.
Its an extremely small chance that we are alone inside this giant universe, and its frankly kinda stupid to think that we are.

Take into consideration all the facts of the story..
Am i missing anything?
