although what i have said should not totally be disregared it was true but on top of that he proabably already hacked that way all he had to do is click ok and voila because that would take a hour or two

it is possible and it can be done... but to do it you need a pretty modded phoner and better have a good security system otherwise the cops will be on you in a matter of minutes. Kinda of like on them

Possible of not, It's actually part of an advertising campaign for a dutch university. There are many different versions of this guy hacking all kinds of stuff. The auto-cue of the news for instance. All fake of course, but pretty clever.

I hack for a living.

This is definitely possible, although I can't say whether he actually did it.

To do it you would 1) find their servers at your house 2) gain access to the servers 3) rewrite their app or crack it to add easy access to stream the video 4) goto the station and access the app you just wrote to stream the video.
