European Racism in Football (Soccer). Hard-hitting news piece on ESPN about the racism problems in football. Pretty crappy stuff.

Racism is everywere, and with a huge global gathering such as the world cup some people are bound to have racist attitudes, you cannot stop that. Racism in sport is not so prolific in America as they have chosen to practically isolate themselves from all sporting events outside of their own country. I.e their all too busy playing their 'Football` (poor mans rugby) and `Baseball` (poor mans rounders) with mainly just american athletes.

blablabla, yadayadayada.....

For our non-european friends:
1. Yes, there is racism in football. There is rascism in every society, ergo there will be rascism in every aspect of society, even leisure and sports. So, footie hooligans don't like immigrants; big friggin boohoo. nobody listens to these people anyway.
2. Professional footballplayers make millions a year. I would gladly suffer the occassional monkeychant and/or banana; because you must realise you (the player) are on the opposing team! of course they`ll taunt you!
3. If you`re own side displays rascism on a large scale: threaten to quit the team! If you`re demands are not met and you stay on the team, well then your paycheck must be more important then you`re selfrespect.

p.s.; I`ve personally be in situations where my non-arian looks were a means of trying too put me off my concentration in many game situations.

poliepapie,I only know white people on wellfare,I work my butt off for some crap like you to JUDGE ME by my f-ing color!I am european,my skin is brown.Stop talking poo.

By the way,you fail to mention that there's countries going down because their "own" people drink too much,..and they go to border lands right, and "steal" you precious jobs.european`s stealing europeans jobs makes no sense right?

And first of all,it makes me mad when people complain about immigrants all the f-ing time.Did you know that in the 60`s they send them to europe to do jobs white european considered below them.
I think more then what you think deserve their right to live where ever they want.
