The guy with the tie is the ref as he is the one calling the points, he called for the fight to cease and the competitors to return to their starting positions so he could award the "white guy" a point (looks like it was for the hookshot to the head) and the "white guy" got all smart ass about it. The black suit guy was in the wrong however though as he didnt have much defence/ control which results in warnings (the crossed hands at start of video). The ref did what he thought he had to, to make sure things didnt get out of control. However he did take it too far as throwing him down would have sufficed.

LOL, shame i had to trawl through all the rest of the video to get to the good bit though, the guy was getting owned!!!

That was a karate-do sparring match but I don't understand why the ref was allowing them to punch to the face. The guy in the blue was swing-punching to the face and I bet the ref had enough of that guy`s antics. That was not shot in the U.S. or Japan (even though the ref was using Japanese words like "jyogai, wazari, etc.).

Btw, It's the second time I see WhatInThe42o say the same thing about Tonyjet... I know you`re not supposed to feed the troll but I have leftovers that I could send his way. Would be a shame to let this go to waste.
