This is pretty cool.
As some people have said, this is just a map made in Hammer, and the game used is Half-Life 2. There are in fact no mods at all.
Honestly though, this is actually a very easy thing to do if you have some experience in Hammer. Given the correct textures, I bet I could make it in little more than an hour.

I love how the music kinda got overpowered by gunfire. It was really violent. Like, uncontrollable noise over something kinda nice and innocent and then all the kiddies stop to look at it.

Argh people this isn't garry`s mod. The cutscene at the end suggests it`s a separate mod. Either way he made the map with hammer, not garry`s mod.
