dont breeders normally kill the a runt if they get one in a litter? win your dealing with something thats already a unhealthy twisted and disgusting form what it should be due to breeding you dont want to have one whos inbreed deformity stands out above the others.
no they dont, least not reputable breeders. they put them down if they are bad enough to suffer though.
