The advertising couldn't be too much, could it? There is some sort of limit on how much they can throw at your face, right?
Regardless to all of that, overriding that stuff would be a synch. "…Open-source Linux platform…" makes me think that they won`t be able to hold down the advertising for too long without someone figuring out how to disable them within three hours of their purchase.

I think the whole story is crock. I mean, look at the "Google" logo in the story, it doesn't even match the normal Google logo - the second "g"`s are different. Sloppy=unreliable.
