"Technically" that wasn't "zero gravity" because he and the water "bubble" was still under the gravitational pull of the earth, the sun, and the center of the galaxy. But back to zero gravity, to experience zero gravity you must go "outside" of the universe but, if you go outside of the universe you will also experience absolute zero (the point at which all movement stops) and you would literately turn to dust.
