If a cop wanted to be a prick he would give a fine for `obstruction of view` There are many other things on that car that would be considered illegal in some states. I doubt where he lives in the UK they have these kinds of laws. Makes me want to move there because of it. Maybe they also have less guys who run at the mouth like you do too.
