Having spent a day of my life on jury duty for a drunk driving case, I have to say the lack of source code wouldn't have changed the guilty verdict. Still, just give up the code and get the dangerous driver off the street. I`m shocked by the number of responses who actually want the public menace to "win".

I remember when the school security cop came in to our driver's ed class and made me do all the demonstration crap. He made me do a breathalizer thing, and he was pressing a button so the numbers kept going up and up and up and was showing it to everyone. Made me question if they could really do that to people.

I think its a great idea! I have always wondered if they do maintenance on those kind of machines. I mean, he/ll, if a computer can go wacky than why can't a speedometer or breathalizer too?
