I live in Albany New York had no idea it was illegal to golf in the streets. I also read somewhere that its illegal to carry ice-cream in your back pocket, but I forgot where. And in another place its illegal to wear high heels

Are these laws in effect (i.e. there's a specific reference to the law in question), or are they just circulating as rumours on the web?
