About 90 decibels is dangerous for the human ear. The loudest human scream ever recorded was 128 decibels. However, it would only hurt their ears. There is no way it could stun somebody. This is totally staged.

that guy wasnt knocked out though, he was just weakened abit. he didnt exactly faint or anything. i find this quite believable, alot of martial arts look phenomenal, but they do usually have some form of physics backing them up. and lots of practise

LOL! He only uses it two times in the same person due to internal organs danger...I can already imagine it: *Yells* Opponent blinks *Yells again* Opponent scratches his head* Yells for the third time* Opponent's head explodes!!
