They also showed how this is an insulator when the scientist got a 400000 volt taser (sorry if voltage is not correct because I'm trying to recall from memory), turned it on, then dipped it in the tank and then the taser stopped working. He then took it back out and it worked again.

it costs $41 for 1.2 ML. Someone mentioned that ML stands for megaliters. I just read that one megaliter of water is equivilent to an olympic sized pool. So where do they keep this stuff if you want to buy it. Is it like in one of those helium tanks or sumtin?
