She got what she deserved, she was a nasty little piece of work who was going to buy everything in that store and make all those people who had waited for hours have to go home. She wasn't willing to tell anybody what she was going to do, and she didn`t care that there were people who genuinely wanted it and didn`t want to make money. Complete and utter BITCH.
