They singled her out when she got the dwi because it was their fault, they made her drink and drive. And they singled her out when she got caught violating the first time and now they have singled her out again now that she messed up again. But its not her fault, she's like two and doesn`t know any better. PUHLEASE. The people who pity her are as messed up as she is.

Penalty: 1st Offense - 96 hours ( at least 48 of which shall be continuous) - 6 months county jail, fine, 6 months license suspension, probation, treatment program; 2nd Offense - 96 hours to 1 year county jail, fine, 24 months license suspension, probation, treatment program; 3rd Offense - 120 days to 1 year county jail, fine, 3 years license revocation and determination as a habitual traffic offender, probation, treatment program; 4th Offense - (see VC 23550) Note: Court may order the installation of an Ignition Interlock Device (IID) for up to 3 years and shall give heightened consideration to those with BAC of .20 or more.

Paris could hire a limo driver to take her to clubs so she can get as drunk as she wants. BUT...she had to drunk drive...and while her license was suspended no less. I love how her fans petitioned to Arnold about how she deserves to be pardoned b/c she is beautiful. They're worse (dumber)than she is. To whoever said she should`ve had the option of community service, and they`re doing this for election time is an idiot. She deserved the sentence she had...read the law once in a while, you`ll see i`m right.

Although I’m pleased at the fact that Paris will be receiving this punishment, it won’t change anything because it only gives her more undeserved attention. I would be MUCH more satisfied if she killed herself in a car accident. The world’s youth would be better off without role models like Paris Hilton and celebrities alike.
