To answer your question, Yes. But more importantly, you are right. What I meant was our millitary developed the hell out of it and were the first to use it as a technology of engineering. Hence logistics engineer. Good job on making me look like a total tool by the way. What would the world be without anonymous internet hate-slinging...?
