99-44/100% pure bulls**t.
This one is a fact: Ivroy soap floats due to an accident. A worker left the vat churning during his lunch break. The supervisor decided not to throw out the batch. Customer compliments about the floating bars of soap convinced the company to make all future batches the same way.
