^That's true, but it`s a much lesser effect than this, and that`s an electric field, not a magnetic field.

this might be fake, but i've done something like it before. in science class we were doing stuff with static electricity. if you get a glass stirring rod and rub it with material, then turn the tap on so it just streams through a bit, the water will bend away from the rod. that`s just normal everyday tap water.
