To the person who said that cops don't have quotas stick around so I can ruin Christmas and Easter for you too.
Cops not having quotas...That`s Hilllllariiiiiioooousssss! Manhattan is no exception. They`re blatantly obvious about it too. They even said on the news that in order to help fill the gap in the city budget they give out more tickets. NY`s finest has even given out tickets to people who haven`t committed a violation.
Where else would you see a cop writing tickets in the middle of a region wide blackout while a civilian is directing traffic on the corner? Only in NY!
