Wouldnt work...
Because to order drinks, the robot would either need to have a touch menu or a good voice recognition.
Just imagine, when your drunk trying to order another drink by pressing the touch menu, or rambling on and on to the robot who could barely understand you when you werent drunk.

They won't fly long. Half the fun of Human bartenders is you get to complain to them when your girlfriend dumps you, or they can tell you dirty jokes, and tell you when you have had to much. And once in a while, they are good for a ride, or hookups! Plus they are cool. And there is a smaller chance of revolt. And if the power goes out, you can`t get wasted. That`s bad.

I can understand the positive points the bar owners are thinking of, BUT what about the biggest negative? What is going to happen when this robot breaks down? I bet it is VERY pricey to fix this tin can bartender.
I work for Starbucks - I really hope they don't get robot Baristas!

Ajikan, pumpkin I said when I finally do go to a bar :)
The legal age here is 19, I turn 18 in a month. One more year and I'll finally go to a bar.
But, this is a hick town with not much to do...so yes, there is plenty of underaged drinking and so I know that when I am drunk I don`t speak properly.
