It's no coincidence. And it`s not about who delivers it better either. I think Dane is overrated, but he`s not terrible. If anything, he is better than most comedians out there because he brings something different to the table. I like him. He CAN be very funny. And so what if he stole 3 jokes? That`s like 2 minutes worth of material. Retaliation is 2 hours long!! That`s way more than any other comedian`s CD I can think of. So that`s 2 minutes of stolen material, and 118 minutes of non-stolen material. And I`ve heard people say (not here) that he steals like half of his stuff. This is juicy for people who already hate him. They take it and blow it way out of proportion. People should lay off the guy, geez.

Dane Cook is alot better than Ck. And the jokes are purely coincidental. Out of all the comedians, im absolutely postive that others have used the same jokes. Who cares if they "copied" so and so, its really who tells it the best.
