canaryellow Female, 13-17, Western US 518 Posts	Sunday, December 24, 2006 2:05:39 AM Ugh, I'm really getting pissed with this whole illegal immigration fiasco esp. when someone comes to the u.s. and then they put the mexican flag everywhere and have all this Mexican pride and they don`t even bother to learn English. I live in so.cal. and in certain parts of the city, you wouldn`t even believe it`s the same country. This may sound wierd, but it breaks my heart when my parents tell me how lovely a community used to be and now it looks like hell. Especially seeing how they were talking about what it used to be 20 years ago. Some of these places look completely different over too short a period. And now illegal immigrants are stealing health benefits and able to get driver`s license and work in certain places and no one does anything about it. I have no problem with immigration, but please do it legally and respect the laws of the country you want to be a citizen of.

(if thats even a word). we make fun of our prime minister, its just that the rest of the world probably doesn't notice as much cos Aus isnt a super power. everybody in the world knows who Bush is,so all eyes are on him. everybody criticizes their leaders cos thats all they can really do. i mean who really wants to be in charge of a country unless they already have that pompous `i`m the perfect man for the job` attitude?
