Exit Light: Ever wonder why your Lymph Nodes in your throat swell when you have an ear infection? Because your throat, ears and eyes are all connected through your sinus and tear duct "systems". Your ears normally drain into your throat bringing the infection with it. If your tear ducts become clogged (pretty common in new born babies I just found out) they will revert to using the back-up drainage system behind your nose, into your throat. Thats why your nose runs so much when you cry. Theres not enough room for all those tears to come out at once so the overflow goes into your nose. How you can think your eyes drain into your brain is beyond me. (I could be wrong though, but...your brain?) Maybe you should watch House sometime and learn how to be a REAL doctor, like me.
