The original Clerks is an amazing movie, I've watched it countless times and the only thing that I don`t like about it is that the actors are almost always reading their lines off of a fixed point.

Well, I loved "Clerks." And I really liked "Dogma" and "JASB Strike Back." I didn't care for some of the other ones (though they all had funny moments), but, hell, it`s not like anyone is gonna make a hit every time. And KS writes and directs his stuff, so that makes it that much harder to have a hit every time.
I`ll go see this one hoping that it`s even half as good as the original. And, if it is, it`ll be brilliant! Anything more is just icing.
For those of you panning Kevin Smith (rather than name calling one another like a bunch of grade schoolers) for being "unoriginal", I offer the following bit of information:
Jason Mewes (Jay) has been fighting a drug addiction for years. Though Kevin Smith had planned for Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back to be the last of the J&SB series, he promised Jason that if he got clean they would do one more. And frankly, I can't think of a more apt way of doing so than coming full circle and returning to the story and characters that started it all.
