It's amazing how bad most people`s diets are. I was reading the list thinking "well...duh" But a lot of people on here seemed to think it was crazy or impossible to cut these things out. Hydrogenated fats are hard to escape, but I can`t remember the last time I drank soda or alcohol or had a bite of red meat. And I am perfectly happy with the things I eat. You don`t need junk food to be happy... that`s just what some people say to make themselves feel better about overindulging.
It is not conducive to a person`s well-being to be overweight. You should care about what you are putting into your body. It is strange how many people think that just because they sell something in a store it is ok to eat.

Eat a little bit of everything.. If you gotta drink, drink beer, or wine, although beer is prob easier on the organs... Limit red meats, and salted,nitrated pork,(good bye procuitto) Eat as many whole grains and veggies you can tolerate, and a good dose of calcium everyonce in a while.. Coffee, tea, all good for you, again, in moderation. Eat lots of nuts, olive oil, fish, honey, yogurt, and smoke lots of high-grade weed through a water filtered pipe, or vaporize it, and you will live forever.
