My computer has never gotten any sort of virus, trojan, spyware, or malware of any kind, and has maintained this record for about 2 years. It can play todays games with ease, and is reliable.
The bottom line: Macs are awesome. They have great programs and software (especially for creative editing), but I still will stay with my PC any day over a Mac.

Haha. I know PC's are not perfect, and Macs have WAY better editing software, this crap about PCs freezing all the time and crapping out is a HUGE stereotype.
I use Macs in my Video Film Class, we have 30 Power Mac G5`s. They have extremely high quality, professional editing software. The price of the computer and the software is around $3,000, not to mention numerous add ons. The quality of the things that this computer and software make is amazing.
That being said, these awesome computers crash all the time. I cannot tell you how much of a headache this created for me, whether I was exporting a project, or even just opening up an application, the thing would freeze up about 1 time a day.
Now, my PC at home has tonnes of games, programs, music, video, etc. It totals in at around $500 for the stock computer and about $800 with other things (new graphics card&games). I have to tell you, my computer does not crash 1/4 as much as a Mac does. T.B.C.
