Regardless of whether it takes 5 minuts or a year, if you are an art major, you should realise that part of talent and art doesn't necissarily rely on it being a mind knumbing and excrutiating experience to creat, but instead having the mind to create such an idea.
Regardless of the difficulty, the pictures are impressive. Though yours deffinatly begins to play off the idea of what he`s working with, it still seems slightly real (as if the picture was just blurred). The artists picture on the site seems as if these things should almost balance on the end of an eraser. Heck, the ferris wheel at the bottom seems impossibly made. Overall, an interesting technique, and one I wouldn`t mind seeing more of.

Thanks for the mature comment bladeofkey7 oh wait..just saw your age, anyway, what i did took 3 minutes including finding the image..I'm just showing that all this crap looks like is a high res image object with blurred surroundings...makes me wonder how he got "long exposers" in a helicopter too...they can hover but they deffinately don`t stay still (i`m an art major, and photography was a requirement)...I`m just showing that if someone spent say 10-15 minutes they could easily recreate this...later
