ive always been able to read with one hand, its called grabbing the top inbetween the pages, it just gets uncomfortable 'cause of the weight

I read and I also see the usefulness of it. If I'm laying on my side in bed one of my arms is practically useless and I only want to use one hand but its kind of hard without bending the bind thing. So, I see the usefulness of it...but I would only buy it if it was a dollar or something cheap.

I would like to see someone use that with my 6 pound Calculus book. It would probably snap the thumb thing in half... as well as your thumb. They should have a weight limit on it, like some ladders. Ouu, or better yet, they could put extensions on the thumb thing for larger books, the bigger the book, the bigger the attachable extension rods, which add resistance. Then you woudl have a thumb bowflex and then you would need a place to put all your acessories, and then it would get to the point where it's pointless. Go capitolism!
